RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at High Wings Marketing India Private Limited.

We’re here to help if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any manner.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product (Invoice date). A new product may be exchanged for another or returned for a refund.

Eligibility for return of products includes the following criteria:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you wish to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from High Wings Marketing India Private Limited.

Damaged items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items:

As per our policy, only regular price items can be refunded and not sale items.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.

  • 120 days prior to arrival – 10% of the Tour.
  • 120 - 61 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Tour.
  • 60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.
  • 30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
  • 06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 90% of the Tour.
  • Less than 72 hours or No Show – No Refund.

For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking by the respective carrier.

The payment made towards tour package having special offers are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings and packages (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
